Diet is the general conditions of our human life.We not only need food to fill our stomach, but also consider a reasonable diet. Especially for kidney disease, many patients get worse condition due to lax diet.Let’s see the general diet for kidney disease patient.
1. You'd better eat light diet, avoid wine and spicy food, and eat less greasy and and meat which contains much animal protein (such as fat, shrimp, crab, etc.)
2. Beans and their products are avoided. (such as tofu, bean sprouts, bean flour, etc.)
3, Patients who have edema, hypertension and heart failure, should eat little or no salt diet.
4.Patients with renal insufficiency and uremia should pay special attention to:
①Beans and their products should be avoided and eat less nuts (such as: walnuts, chestnuts, almonds, etc.) and preserved food (such as pickles, pickles, etc.).
②The daily consumption of high protein (such as lean meat, milk, eggs, etc.) should be controlled.According to the condition of each patient, the average adult daily is 100-150mg which should be divided into 3-5 times to eat.
③Renal failure stage patient's renal drainage capacity is limited,so they need to control the intake of water, it is recommended to calculate by the formula: water intake = the day before the total urine volume-300 ml.
④In order to increase excretion of creatinine and urea nitrogen,you must defecate unobstructed and defecate would rather two or three times a day than two or three days one time.Winter gourd, watermelon, gourd can diuretic.
