Kidney cysts are bags which is full of fluid that form on the kidneys. Generally, most of them are very small and they don't cause any symptoms as simple kidney cysts. That means, if the cysts begin to grow, they can lead to symptoms. While here is no exact causes of kidney cysts. Sometimes they do not require treatment and go away on their own. In some cases, the symptoms of kidney cysts can reflect kidney function. Such as:
1. Side pain
The most common causes of flank pain are urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and muscle strains or pinched nerves. However, if the flank pain is a result of kidney cysts, it will most likely feel like a dull ache.

The normal urine colour is a little yellow. For kidney cysts patients, the urine colour is usually dark or brown, even marron.
Hematuria is means blood in the urine. There are two types of hematuria: microscopic and gross. Microscopic hematuria is when the blood is invisible to the naked eye. It indicates kidney cysts if you see it in your urine. Blood in the urine can be a sign that the kidney cyst has burst, particularly if it is accompanied by pain.
The majority of kidney problems will make the flank area feel tender, making this symptom a helpful diagnostic tool.
8. Water retention
Water retention is the stay of excess fluids in your body. It can build up in just several days.The lower legs and ankles may appear swollen or puffy,or elsewhere on the skin.
9. Painful urination
Painful urination is the most obvious sign of a UTI or kidney infection.
Also you will find it is difficult to urinate.
